I just got a $10 donation, which is wonderful, so let me update y'all on the pain

I tried to get dressed so I could take out the garbage, bc it’s getting bad. I put on my shoe and suddenly my left foot tightens up and is painful to walk. I put a heated pad on it hoping it’ll help bc I’m saving the last of the bengay for emergencies.

While the pain went away, I tried getting up and find my legs to be locked up. I made it to the bathroom and back to bed with a bit of cursing, then, after laying down, found horrible pain in my right leg making me tear up. I am laying on my back which I don’t like, and have pain beginning in my left hip and leg and both knees.

I was supposed to help my roommates shop today but I literally cannot move. Please help.
